We don’t impose any client management requirements on our consultants; we trust them to make their own decisions regarding service delivery and client care.

The team at Nexa are focused on ensuring our consultants have everything they need to run their legal businesses and achieve their goals. We also collaborate and support more traditional, mid-market UK law firms through our Nexa Connex freelance offering.

Diversity

Our consultants come from different backgrounds and have various levels of experience. Many of our consultants took a non-traditional path to becoming solicitors, and their clients benefit from the distinct and creative perspectives this gives them.

And if things are getting too much, we’ll point you in the direction of support services that can assist if you wish to talk to someone.

We began life as a “new model” law firm, setting out to do things differently and find better ways of operating, and we continue with that mindset today. Conscience

We want to help make things better by actively giving back to our communities. We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint, helping the next generation of lawyers, and working with others to drive positive change in the legal profession. We have a dedicated ESG Lead to help us achieve these goals, and we have recently published our Environmental Business Charter.
