Why should I consider selling my firm to Nexa?
Nexa can take away the administrative pressures of running a law firm – we look after your back office, providing accounts, post management, and compliance support. We manage discussions with the SRA and Professional Indemnity insurers, all of which are covered by our ‘fee sharing’ model.
What types of law firms does Nexa acquire?
We cover all areas of law, and have a track-record of transitioning firms in most of the main practice areas to work through the Nexa platform.
Do you pay me for my law firm?
We work with you to come up with a financially beneficial model that suits all parties – several options are available. Each company is different and we’re agile in our approach depending on your circumstances and ambitions.
How long does the process typically take?
It’s up to you! We’ve worked extremely quickly in certain cases to meet specific requirements, but generally we prefer to take a considered pace. A month is generally a good starting point but we can move quicker if needed.
Will my firm's brand and identity be retained?
Yes, absolutely! Several options are available which we can discuss with you.
What happens to my existing staff?
That’s up to you – each model is different, and we can help guide you. Nexa covers most of your administrative back-office support tasks, but we also offer Paralegal support (at extra cost).
What happens to my existing office?
Again, up to you. Importantly, all post needs to be sent to our head office where we manage distribution to you directly.
