Is Nexa really different? We think so and here’s why

Nexa is the fastest growing legal services provider in the UK. Since we were founded in 2017, we now have a pool of over 120 lawyers and an annual revenue which has grown over 10 times in the last 3 years. 

As a platform for consultant solicitors and a supplier of freelance solicitors to law firms based throughout the UK (via NexaConnex) we operate in a sector of the legal market which is also growing.  

Offering an alternative career to the traditional partnership led law firms or in-house positions, many so called “new model” firms like ours are now well established at scale. For example: Keystone Law, GunnerCooke and Setfords. 

However, in a market that is increasingly crowded, we offer consultants far more autonomy than our competitors. We know that what we offer at Nexa is unique and special in several ways: 

• Our consultants can trade under their own brands just using the Nexa platform to deal with all “back-office” functions including insurance and regulatory matters. 
• Our consultants are free to employ their own assistant or team of assistants. 
• We are non-exclusive so consultants are free to do whatever else they want with their time, including working for other law (or professional services) firms. 
• We don’t have time or billing targets; our consultants can work as little (or as much) as they like.   

• Consultants can work wherever they want to – at home or in our serviced offices. 
• We don’t charge a set-up fee, all you need to get started with us is a laptop and mobile phone, and we don’t ask for an insurance indemnity. 
• Our fee share is market leading so our consultants get to keep more of the fees they earn – at least 75%, rising to 85%.
